Dreaming of a Bright Future like a Fresh Green Tree
Pureum Shin (President of the High School Mission, Junghwa Woman's High School) looks uniquely bright among her friends. During the 3 years of her high school, she has been appointed Class Leader and Vice-president. She is beloved by her teachers and classmates. Recently, she received a certificate of commendation from Dongdaemun Distict office, Seoul, Korea. But as far as Pureum is concerned, she is receiving far more love than ever expected.
"I don't know why my friends like me. I don't go to places like Karaoke or go to the movies with them."
But there's something different about Pureum.
"Even to friends who once didn't like me, I tried to be nice and talk to them first, and I didn't speak ill of others. Then, my friends came to love and trust me."
She just practiced the word of God, but to her classmates, she became recognized as considerate and trustworthy unlike other friends. Her friends sometimes ask "Why don't you ever say any bad words?" or "I've never heard you speak foul language." Purem says she is more interested in God's plan toward her than her appearance and having a boyfriend. And now she is preparing herself with prayer to become an instrument used by God.
