My torn shoulder ligament was completely healed. I’m now back to work

In 2023, while working at a construction site, I suddenly felt a sharp, severe pain in my right shoulder, and I could not lift my shoulder well. At first, I thought it was just a simple pain, but as it gradually got worse, I went to the hospital and had an MRI scan. The doctor said, “How did you manage to work with this arm?” and told me that the ligament had torn.
However, since I had too much work to finish that year, I had no choice but to keep working with the injured arm. As time passed, the pain became more severe, and I couldn’t lift my shoulder anymore. In 2024, I went back to the hospital for another MRI, and the result showed that the ligament responsible for lifting the shoulder was gone.
The doctor explained that there are four ligaments in the shoulder joint, and the one used for lifting the shoulder had torn and melted away and was beyond recovery. Even if I were to undergo surgery using an artificial ligament made from pig tendon, the success rate would be only about 30%.
I received the same diagnosis at other hospitals, and even the medical staff admitted there was no definite treatment. Because I couldn’t lift my right arm on my own, I had to support my right elbow with my left hand when eating. Since I couldn’t raise my shoulder at all, not only daily life but also my construction work became impossible.
Nevertheless, I continued to serve faithfully by offering a ride to new members every Sunday and worshiped and prayed earnestly. During every service, I earnestly received Pastor Soojin Lee’s prayer for the sick. Every morning and evening, I also received the recorded prayers of Pastor Emeritus Dr. Jaerock Lee and Pastor Soojin Lee.
Then, on August 4, 2025, Day 1 of Manmin Summer Retreat, while I was driving to the retreat site, I casually raised my arm and suddenly realized it lifted easily. At the retreat, I was deeply touched by Pastor Soojin Lee’s message and also received her prayer for the sick. The following day, I joined the Power Praise Worship and offered praises with a heart full of joy and grace.
After finishing the retreat with a joyful heart and returning to daily life, I realized at some point that the pain had gradually disappeared without me even noticing it. I had been living without realizing that the pain was completely gone, until one day my wife asked, “Honey, doesn’t your arm hurt anymore?” Only then did I realize that I had been completely healed.
Now I can freely move my arm, and even when I lift it behind my head ? something I couldn’t do before ? I feel no pain at all. There’s no discomfort in my daily life. Hallelujah! In fact, I’m now working at the construction site, stronger and healthier than before. I give all thanks and glory to our good Father God, who completely healed my torn shoulder ligament that doctors said could never be restored.
