On November 7, 2024, I was about to lift up a heavy container of kimchi the weight of 20kg to throw it away into the apartment food waste bin. At that instant a “thud” sound was heard from my back. The sound was so clear I could hear it, and the pain was so severe that I couldn’t straighten my back or move it. I received Senior Pastor Soojin Lee’s prayer for the sick recorded on the phone, and the pain immediately subsided a little. I was barely able to finish work and come back home. The next day, I had difficulty going to work and went to an orthopedic clinic for examination. The doctor said that my lumbar disc had ruptured and that I would have to wait a week to decide whether or not to have surgery. On Sunday, November 10, I received a prayer from Pastor Geumran Hwang and the pain was relieved so that I was able to go to work the next day. On November 17, my parish offered flowers on the altar and had a meeting with Senior Pastor Soojin Lee at the basement studio. When she prayed for us, I received it with faith. The next day, I felt hot at my workplace and took off my waistband. To my surprise, I didn’t feel any pain in my waist. I tried bending and straightening my waist and going up and down the stairs. There was no more pain or discomfort. I realized that God had healed me. Hallelujah! Additionally, God blessed me to buy a very nice house at the same price as that of a lease. I give all thanks and glory to God the Father who healed me and blessed me.
