It was the end of August 2021. I cut my right big toenail a little deep, and after a few days, the area around the toenail became red and inflamed. After two months, the infection did not heal up and the inflammation continued, so I went to see a doctor. It turned out to be an ‘ingrown toenail’ where the toenail burrowed into the flesh and caused inflammation and pain.
I prayed and looked back on my shortcomings, and received prayer from my Great Grand Parish Pastor. Next day, as I dreamed of walking comfortably in my shoes without crumpling them, I felt that God would heal me.
In December 2021, I prepared for the divine healing meeting with an earnest longing, but the ingrown toenail was not healed.
The doctor said that after taking medicine and reducing the inflammation, I had to remove my toenail or use a tool to lift them up. However, I was not disappointed but firmly believed that God would surely heal me.
It was because I felt the love of God the Father deeply in my heart as I was healed of anemia and hyperlipidemia that I had not been able to ask for in prayer through the divine healing meeting in December. So, I earnestly prayed at the Vowed Daniel prayer meeting in order to get healed of the ingrown toenail at the divine healing meeting in January 2022.
Then one day, I had a dream. When I took off my socks and showed Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee my ingrown toenail, some Deacon said, “She has a sin!”
I felt that God was touching me, and I was sure of healing. After that, while fasting in the morning for a week, I prayed earnestly, wondering ‘what the sin was’. As I realized it was my ‘spiritual arrogance’, the grace of repentance came upon me, and my heart was filled with gratitude and joy with the assurance of answers.
In January 21, 2022, I received the Acting Senior Pastor, Dr. Soojin Lee’s prayer for the sick at the divine healing meeting through GCN. When I woke up the next day, the pain in my toenail was gone and the inflammation had subsided.
A few days later, when I dug the protruding part of the tip of the toenail, a sharp thing the size of millet came out. That day, the swelling was completely gone, and the inflammation had subsided, so it was completely healed. As a bonus, God also cured athlete’s foot on my middle toenail. Hallelujah!
I give all thanks and glory to God, the loving Father, who healed my ingrown toenail and delicately touched even spiritual part.
