In May this year, I was diagnosed with diabetes when my hemoglobin A1c level reached 7. Hemoglobin A1c refers to hemoglobin combined with sugar in red blood cells, and when blood sugar remains high, this level also rises. It is widely used to diagnose diabetes, and the normal range is 4.0?6.0. A level of 6.5 or higher indicates diabetes, but mine had gone up to 7. ...
“God turned my despair into hope and even blessed me to be healed.”
In 2004, I joined Manmin Central Church evangelized by my mother. When I came to the sanctuary and prayed, I gained new strength by the grace from God. I was convinced that God was truly alive through the sermon of the Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee.
I also experienced God’s love when I was healed of gastric ulcers, neurogenic gastritis, allergic dermatitis, back and neck discs, and cold hands and feet which I’d been suffering since I was little.
Thanks to the delicate touch of God who provided a way to escape even in difficulties, I was able to pray without ceasing and raise my three children by working as a caregiver while serving as a cell group leader, small group leader, and a member of groups in charge of holy rice and flower offering decorations. Everything was possible by God’s grace, and thanks to the love of church members, the family of faith.
Early this year, another amazing thing happened to my journey of faith. A decade ago, degenerative arthritis caused my knees to be watery and sore. However, on January 31st, the pain disappeared when I received the prayer of Pastor Soojin Lee with the handkerchief of power which Dr. Jaerock Lee had prayed on (Acts 19:11-12). Now, I have no pain in my knees at all even if I stand and work all day.
In addition, the use of poisonous drugs in workplace made my chest feel stuffy, and when it was severe, I even had breathing problems and side pains. But these symptom was also cured. From the beginning of February, I was blessed to get a raise in salary also with bonuses.
I couldn’t rely on anyone, but I received so many blessings after I met Manmin. I give thanks to the Father God and the Lord of love who led me so and most of all, let me rejoice always with hope for heaven.
