I work as an English teacher at a private academy and spend most of my day writing on the board with my right hand. A few months ago, severe pain began in my right wrist and thumb, making it impossible to hold chalk properly. The pain worsened to the point that I had to place the chalk between my index and middle fingers just to write. ...
In September 2019, I suddenly fell in the morning and lost my consciousness. I stumbled like a drunk man and then twisted my legs. I couldn’t even walk on foot because I had no power. I couldn’t read the Bible because I was dizzy and letters looked shaking. I was frustrated.
At first, I thought ‘I will be okay’ and just endured. But I went to see a doctor, urged by my children, and I was diagnosed with otolithiasis. The doctor said it was serious. I took medicine and received treatment, but I didn’t get better. I went to a specialized hospital and put grits into my ears as a treatment. But it didn’t work, either. I couldn’t go out but stayed at home enduring pain. Meanwhile, I looked back on my faith and sought God’s grace.
In January 2020, I was overjoyed to hear the news that the Divine Healing Meeting would be held. ‘Why did this happen to me? God the Father gave everything to me, but why should I be sick like this?” I attended the Manmin Prayer Center meeting with the resolution that I would be surely healed by God.
In the meeting, the baptism of the fire of the Holy Spirit came down to me. I felt heal on my body even in the winter. As I looked back on myself in prayer, I was reminded that I didn’t give whole tithe. Even though I gave the tithe, I always felt sorry before God because my children often bought me expensive clothes. So, I made up my mind to give whole tithe with the money I saved every month. Then, I felt light as if I had wings.
I attended the Manmin Prayer Center meeting again that week, and as soon as I sat down, the grace like waterfall came down on me. My heart was overflowed with joy. I was touched by the comment of Mrs. Boknim Lee that we should recover our first love for God. After I repented thoroughly with tears, dizziness disappeared.
Next day, at the Divine Healing Meeting, I was moved by Pastor Soojin Lee’s sermon and repented my straightforward character and hot-temper. Then, when she prayed with the handkerchief on which the Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee prayed (Acts 19:11-12), I was healed of the remained dull headache also disappeared. Hallelujah!
Because I am not dizzy now, I can walk well and do anything I want to do. I am so happy. Moreover, I came to read the Bible in very small letters. I really give thanks to God the Father who is love itself. I love you.
