On September 3, 2024, I came across a minor collision on the way to work. When I got to the office and drank water, my hands were shaking and I could not keep my balance. "My heart's desire was fulfilled during Special Daniel Prayer Meeting!"
Sister Juseon Jung, 9th grader, Manmin Central Church
I wanted to enter National High School of Traditional Arts, but I could not afford to be trained in a private academy for the preparation. But I was able to take a three-month course by the grace of God; I received the support of Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee and a timely scholarship from Guro-gu District Office.
It was very short preparation time, so I relied on God by offering up vowed prayer in Special Daniel Prayer Meeting. One night, Mrs. Boknim Lee, President of Manmin Prayer Center said, "Special Daniel Prayer Meeting is a chance to fulfill your heart's desire quickly." I thought, "Exactly!" and became convinced of the answer.
The performance test for Music & Drama Department was scheduled on October 30. One day before, my music teacher told me to go to bed early the evening before. She advised me to sleep at 7 p.m. and get up at 5 a.m. the next day because my voice condition would be better if I got up early and kept awake for some time. But October 29 was the day of Special Praise during Special Daniel Prayer Meeting.
However, I decided to please God who likes to hear His children's praise by offering up my fragrance of praise in the Special Praise. I praised and danced from the beginning to the end. I came back home after 11 p.m. and went to bed late because I was so happy and full of the Spirit.
On the test day, I received Senior Pastor's recorded prayer and went to the test with the handkerchief of power. I felt peaceful. Moreover, the topic for the improvisation test was what I could do really well. I was sure that God was helping me. I also could sing well. On November 2, I heard that I was admitted! Hallelujah!
