On August 2, 2018, I visited many households and led the visitation services sitting on my knees. In the last house of the day, I finished the service and tried to get up. Then, my legs felt weak and I dropped on the floor. It was because my knees felt numb for I had been on knees for a long time and my ankle was twisted when I got up.
My ankle quickly swelled, and I had a hard time walking, but I had no pain. When the symptom remained the same even after I received Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer recorded on the phone, I thought that God wanted to give me some realization.
On August 3, the next day, my ultrasonography showed that two tendons out of four in my left ankle were ruptured. It needed four weeks of recovery period and I was told to wear a cast. But I just had my ankle supported by bandage tape and continued to work. On August 6, the first day of Manmin Summer Retreat, I received so much grace from Rev. Soojin Lee's message. I realized what I needed to improve and repented.
When the prayer for the sick started, I stood up to take care of sick members with a longing heart for their healing. When I walked to them, I felt my ankle strengthened. I tried walking and jumping, and I had no problem at all. Hallelujah!
