"As I Was Renewed through Manmin Praise, I Received Blessings!"
In December 2009, I was guided to Nepal Manmin Church by my uncle. As I listened to the Word and learned what sins are, I still did not stop drinking and smoking and I still watched obscene movies. I sometimes repented with tears, but the repentance lasted less than a month.
However, I started to change over time when I listened to Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's urging us to walk in Light as God's children and saw his true love and tears. And through Manmin Praise, I received the grace of repentance and strength to practice the truth.
Young adults in my church felt more touched when we sang Manmin Praise in Korean, so we told Pastor Grace Lee, who is ministering to the church, that we want to sing in Korean. I began to learn Korean. I wrote the sounds of Korean lyrics in Nepalese language and showed it to Pastor Lee. She corrected the pronunciation and wrote the meaning of the expressions below the sounds. Other members said they feel more grace and emotion when they sing in Korean, and young adults, students, and children even memorize almost all songs in Korean.
I received many blessings from God through Manmin Praise. I got a job although I had previously had a hard time finding one, and I came to long for spiritual things. My family used to be full of problems and conflicts but now we came to have peace and happiness since we started to lead proper Christian lives.
