The Hideous-looking Legs with Serious Impetigo Were Cleansed

In 2005, eleven years ago, a three-year-old Yeji made the church members feel sorry for her. Both legs of this little girl were covered with so much pus, discharge, blood, and scabs that the members could not even bear to look at it. However, she was healed of it by the powerful prayer and they rejoiced and glorified God together.

"At first, blisters formed on her legs. We went to the hospital to find out the cause. Her doctor said she had been infected with virus and it was in a really serious stage. The doctor said my daughter had atopic dermatitis, and there was no treatment for it," said Deacon Hyungseon Kim, age 44, Parish 12, her father.
He recalled the hopeless incident. It was the beginning, however. In the evening, Yeji started to scratch her body and the infected places on her body came to look burnt. Her parents tried to stop her from scratching and had to bind her arms with straps.
While they were praying to God, the truth that they learned came to their hearts; diseases of children mostly come from parents' wrongdoings. They began looking back upon themselves and repented thoroughly that they had not loved God more and they had been in discord.
On July 15, Yeji received Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer. Afterwards, her face turned bright and she stopped scratching. But discharge came out from her sick parts, scabs fell off due to the discharge, and her sick parts became bigger. People around them told them to let her receive medical treatment and some folk remedies. However, they relied on God with faith.
On July 22, they received Dr. Lee's prayer for the second time. Discharge stopped coming out, scabs covered her legs, and new flesh came. Later even all the scabs on her legs fell off. On August 4, she was completely healed within three weeks.
Yeji, who experienced such a great grace of God, grew up well now to be a seventh grader. She is complimented by the teachers for her brightness, kindness, and consideration of others. She is good in P. E. class, and she received prizes in the jump rope competitions.
Yeji said with a shy smile, "I give thanks to God, and the Lord, and the shepherd who prayed for me. God healed me and made me pretty."

Impetigo contagiosa causes serious itchiness so the patients cannot stop scratching the sick parts. Then scabs fall off, the parts bleed, and lead to infection; it repeats this vicious cycle. They have to get antibiotic, and even worse, inflammation is spread to the whole body. It may cause dehydration and sleeping disorder, which may bring suffering to the whole family. But Yeji's itchiness was gone after the prayer, and then scabs formed and new flesh came out. It cannot be explained with modern medicine, but it is just amazing power of God!
When the appendix bursts and its inflammation spreads to the parts around it and even to pneumoretro, the germs will spread to the whole body, which causes blood pressure to fall and septicemia to occur. Then chances are high that the person will die shortly. But she overcame the crucial moment and recovered by faith. It is truly amazing.
A Burst Appendix Consumed Her Life, but She Experienced a Miracle with Deeds of Faith

Nine years ago, a member experienced a miraculous healing by relying only on God even at a desperately dangerous moment, which impressed other members a lot. It was Deaconess Haeok Choi (age 48, Chinese Parish).

On December 10 2007, while she was living in China, her lower abdomen was getting bigger and bigger. It seemed to burst shortly and caused a lot of pain. As she couldn't get a wink of sleep due to the pain, she went to the hospital.
Her doctor said that her appendix was about to burst and she should have surgery immediately. However, she chose not to count on the worldly medicine but on God's healing power.
She herself had experienced many healing works of herniated cervical and lumbar discs and dizziness through Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer. In addition, she had witnessed so many people were healed of all kinds of diseases and infirmities in and out of Korea. So, she received Dr. Lee's prayer for the sick recorded on the Automated Response System and drank Muan Sweet Water. However, she still had such serious pain that she had difficulty breathing.
On December 17, she had a re-test and the result was a lot worse. Her appendix already burst causing many problems in other internal organs. Her sides were swollen due to inflammation and her kidney, liver, and surrounding parts were damaged. She had hematuria and gas did not come out. It was retroperitoneal necrotizing fasciitis caused by acute appendix ruptures. Her doctor said unless she got a surgery chances were below one percent that she would survive it. But she thought if she had the surgery it would not be true faith. She decided to commit everything to God praying with the handkerchief of power on her abdomen (Acts 19:11-12).
On December 19, she felt some kind of change in her body though she had seemed to die soon. It felt like toxic substance came out through gas and urine and feces. She felt refreshed and the following day she could walk well. She became very healthy.
When she looked back upon the days, she said, "I don't know how I could be so bold and brave. I believe it is only the grace of God."
She added, "Before going to church, I was often sick. I used to get an IV. But since I was healed of peritonitis, I have been very healthy. Now I do not even catch a cold. Moreover, my husband skipped worship services but now he keeps a whole Sabbath and gives a whole tithe."
As a cell leader of Chinese Parish, she has been delivering the love of God.
