"My Family Have Been Renewed Through the Word of Life!"

In May 1987, I turned twenty and went to church for the first time through the guidance of my co-worker. I studied the Bible, was assured of the living God and felt thankful for the grace of salvation. I also worked faithfully for the Lord.
I longed for the word of life and read the Bible several times, but there were many parts that I could not understand. I really wanted to know about those parts. I started to look for a church that practices the teachings of the Bible and manifests the Holy Spirit's power.
In August 2015, I happened to watch video clips of Dr. Jaerock Lee's lectures on Revelation. Amazingly, I was able to get the answers to the questions that I had had. I also watched the video clips of lectures on Genesis. I was greatly moved at the message.
One night I had a dream. Dr. Lee appeared in the dream and said with a warm and soft voice, "It is a little difficult, isn't it?" This dream assured me that this message is the word of life given by God.
Afterwards, I watched Dr. Lee's sermon video clips on Heaven and Hell with my husband Elder Kwangwook Kwon. My husband was also pleased and excited saying the questions he had had were also all answered through the messages. As I listened to more messages, I came to be more convinced of them, and as I liked the messages so much, I turned the sermon videos on even while I was sleeping.
Later I heard that there was a branch church of Manmin in Gwangju and visited the church. During the worship service, I could sense the fragrance of Christ from the members and their fervor to live by the Word of God.
Also, I wanted to take hold of Heaven by force with my family in the space of the shepherd who loves God and souls with his life. On December 13, 2015, the twelve members of my family including my parents-in-law, mother, brother, and sister finally registered in the church. Hallelujah!
Now I am full of the Holy Spirit as a fish in the water. Moreover, my family members have experienced the power of God, which made me happier.
My father-in-law Sangki Kwon had degenerative arthritis. He went to many hospitals for treatment. But nothing worked for him. My mother Bongsoon Yang had pain in her left arm. But after they received the handkerchief prayer (Acts 19:11-12), they were completely healed. My elder brother Jaeyoung Lee had pain in his coccyx because his motorcycle slid out. He had been in pain for several months. But after he received the prayer, he was healed immediately.
Furthermore, one of the amazing things is my children's renewal. I have three sons, Sion (age 22), Jihun (age 20), and Jinju (age 16). We had to wake them up on Sunday mornings because they didn't usually wake up early. But these days they are prepared before we are done and tell us to hurry because they do not want to be late for the service. They used to pray silently for a short time but now they attend Daniel Prayer Meeting every night. They cry out in prayer, fast, and offer up services and prayer with happiness.
They stopped computer games, and they now read Dr. Lee's books feeling the love of God. I am so thankful for it. My husband and I sometimes think about how they have been renewed that way.
I was guided to this church and met the living God. Now my family members are living with hope for New Jerusalem. I give all thanks and glory to God who has blessed us with such a great love and grace.
