My eldest son Masahiko Sugiura was born with brain damage. For his healing I served many kinds of idols. But there was no improvement. In the end I finally chose to go to church. It was at that time that Dr. Jaerock Lee held the Shinshu Province United Crusade in Iida, Japan in 1996. That was where I witnessed God's powerful works.
By Dr. Lee's prayer, the hearing-impaired recovered their hearing ability and the disabled came to walk. It was amazing. I was then convinced that my son would be healed, so I visited Korea to attend Manmin Central Church's Special Revival Meeting with him the following year.
As years went by after the visit, my son's state was improving. Now he can clap and sheds tears in praising. He is well-focused on worship services and gives offerings himself. He also becomes healthy enough to get a job. Now he is working happily. I feel so thankful for God's touch on him.
My youngest daughter Hiromi Sato also received a great blessing. She didn't have a baby although she had been married several years. So she went to a medical clinic for infertility with her husband. I felt sorry for her so I offered fasting and vowed prayer for her to be able to become pregnant.
In February 2013, I prepared offering with my heart and asked Pastor Miyako Tokikuni to take it and my daughter's picture and give it to Dr. Jaerock Lee when he went to visit Manmin Central Church in Seoul. I wanted my daughter to receive his prayer. Dr. Lee prayed for her on the picture and in May 2013 my daughter became pregnant. It was through Dr. Lee's prayer transcending space and time.
In January 2014, my granddaughter was born by the power of God and brought a great joy to all members of my family. Hallelujah!
