I received Dr. Jaerock Lee's book Spirit, Soul, and Body I from Elder Muhindo Mukopa of Nairobi Manmin Holiness Church in Kenya in 2006. Reading it, I was greatly impressed and moved. I came to long for the holiness gospel and started leading a true Christian life.
I became a missionary in the eastern area of DR Congo in January, 2012. Above all, I gave thanks to God who sent us Bishop Dr. Myongho Cheong, Chairman of United Holiness Church of Jesus Christ, Africa who has guided souls with the holiness gospel, taught about Dr. Jaerock Lee, and performed his ministry with fervor. It was impressive for me to see the blind come to see and the lame to walk and jump when he prayed for them with the handkerchief of power (Acts 19:11-12).
Dr. Cheong led Pastors' Seminars in the five cities in the eastern area of DR Congo in May, 2013. As many as 450 bishops and pastors attended Pastors' Seminar in Butembo Area regardless of their denominations including those from the Baptist Church and the Anglican Church. They listened to the message on "The Measure of Faith" and said the level of their faith was low. It was amazing to hear such humble confessions! I give all thanks and glory to God who awakens Africa with the power of the Spirit.
