The Performing Arts Committee consists of 5 choirs, the Nissi Orchestra, 25 praise teams, and 16 soloists. The Committee serves the worship services, healing crusades, Christian meetings and events with praise, dance and various performances. They lift up praise and give glory to God through high class Christian performances.
As recorded in Psalm 149:3, "Let them praise His name with dancing; Let them sing praises to Him with timbrel and lyre," the Artistic Dance Team which is a part of the Performing Arts Committee of Manmin Central Church, has glorified God with beautiful dance and performance accompanied by various musical instruments. They've been invited to many Christian events at home and overseas such as the Welfare Centers for the Elderly, jails, and military camps in Korea. They've appeared in many crusades held in the Philippines, Japan, Taiwan, USA, and Russia where they gave glory to God with beautiful performances.
The Artistic Dance Team consists of 27 female members. They serve one another and demonstrate their unity in the performances. Sometimes they make props and practice their performance from late night until early morning. They prepare with all their hearts to offer only the best performances to God. When heaven-like performance is presented through them, the audience is moved and misses the kingdom of Heaven shedding tears of emotion. Deaconess Myungsook Kim, Manager of the team, said, "Most of the members are college students and laywomen, but they are happy even in the night-time practice. It's because they hope to dance and show the beautiful performances in front of the throne of God in the Holy City of New Jerusalem. Some members are greatly moved in their heart and shed tears of emotion during the practice." They have various testimonies.
Deaconess Eunyoung Lee's 2-year-old son Yejun was healed of burns to the palm by prayer, and Deaconess Youbin Park was healed of a small cyst on the right breast and uterine myoma. Last year, Sister Hyewon Park slipped and fell to the floor while climbing the stairs in a rehearsal for 27th church anniversary. She found that her index toe was bruised, turned black and blue and was severely swollen. She even couldn't walk properly. She had to limp, but she still joined in practicing performances after spraying Muan sweet water on her toe and praying by faith. The next day she was completely healed and could participate in the anniversary celebration performance. A sister who has entered a college and started majoring in dance passed the entrance examination easily by the grace of God, and some other members who are attending college earned good grade point averages and received scholarships.
Through their dance performances and in the midst of beautiful songs the audience can experience the kingdom of Heaven. Through the performance of Artistic Dance Team, the believers of the church add to the hope for Heaven.
At the Sunday evening service offered on September 5, 2010, the Artistic Dance Mission Team expressed the beauty of Heaven, our sweet memory of earthly life and gratitude for the love of God with beautiful fan dance to the music 'Beautiful Hope'.

Deaconess Kyung-ae Seo (Teacher of Artistic Dance Team)
In January of 1997, I attended a service at Manmin Central Church for the first time, and my heart became filled with emotions. From that day and for a few weeks, whenever I attended the services tears welled up in the midst of my emotions. I had sought goodness until then, so when I listened to Dr. Jaerock Lee's messages on goodness and love my heart was so touched. I was later commissioned to teach and help members of the Artistic Dance Team with the dancing performances. It was my major in college. I began fulfilling that duty only with the gratitude for the grace and guidance of God for the truth, and I always thought about how I could help them to improve their dancing skills, how we could show inspirational performances by the inspiration of God, and how we could become clean and beautiful vessels that are pleasing to the Lord.
My 14-year-old daughter, Jiyang, suffered from severe atopic dermatitis from the age of 5 until she was 7 years old but she was completely healed by the prayer of Dr. Jaerock Lee. In 2009, when she received his prayer and her eyesight was restored from 0.3/0.4 (left/right) to 1.5 in her both eyes. That same year I was also blessed to guide the Artistic Dance Team in giving performances at the 2009 Israel United Crusade, 27th Church Anniversary Celebration, and the 2009 Christmas Celebration and New Year's Day Celebrations. Above all else, my delight is to see those I work with growing and coming forth as competent and skillful performers.
This year I have been entrusted with more duties as secretary of Performing Arts Committee, guidance teacher of Heavenly Dance Team and the Beautiful Fragrance Dance Team. I also help other teams practice dancing.
I give all thanks and glory to God who has guided me in His love and has given me the hope of having dance performances before the throne of God in the City of New Jerusalem!
