World renowned conductor Leonard Bernstein said that the second violin is the hardest instrument to play. It's because few people play the second violin with the same eagerness with which they played the first violin. Yet, without playing the second violin, it is not easy to make beautiful harmony. It is the same with various fields of our life. Just as a small nail is necessary in a building everyone has an important role in a group no matter how small the role he has.
