In the first chapter of Psalms, a blessed man is likened to a tree firmly planted by streams of water. The streams of water symbolize the fountain of blessing. As Jeremiah 17:13 says, the fountain of living water is the LORD. We can see that God is the fountain of blessing. When we dwell in God, who is the fountain of living water, we can yield 'fruits' even in drought-like situations just like the tree firmly planted by streams of water. In other words, if one lives in God by committing his or her life to God, everything will go well with them and they can be guided to prosperity in all aspects.
