Some pictures of flowers look very realistic. But they can't attract butterflies and bees because they have neither life nor fragrance. But even a small wild flower can attract butterflies and bees since it is alive and fragrant. The same applies to men. If we do something as a mere formality without love, it won't move others' hearts no matter how good the work is. On the other hand, when we do things with love it will touch hearts.
"Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children; and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us …" (Ephesians 5:1-2).
