Families, groups, or organizations are able to achieve their goals successfully when the members are united as one. In a bid to become one, even if the reality is tough, they should not avoid it and seek their own benefits, but should do what they have to do. Though their own thoughts or methods look better than others', they should have the heart that can give up their own thoughts.
