When travelling to a destination for the first time a driver pays attention to the directions and follows them closely. If his car is equipped with a navigation system, he will get to his destination without mistakes thanks to the information and guidance given by the system. This can be applied to the journey toward Heaven. God protects us and lets us know how to avoid difficulties and trouble in advance when we believe in Him and live in His Word. In other words, He helps us to take shortcuts and guides us in the right directions until we reach Heaven, our final destination.
