In the growth of a church, the role a cell plays is significant and the duty of a cell leader is immensely precious. The Women's Cell Leaders Association kicked off the year of blessings that is 2009 with God's Word. Hosted by the Association, "The Cell Leaders' Seminar" took place in the Main Sanctuary at Manmin Central Church at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 19, 2009. In his premise based on the theme "Love" (1 John 4:7-8), Main Speaker Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee emphasized that "If we have accomplished perfect love, we would not only receive God's love and recognition but also be employed as His instruments." Afterwards, basing his message on Matthew 22:37-39, Dr. Lee said, "When loving God above all else, that love must be based on His Word. With such love, you will not cause even the youngest to falter. Loving your neighbors as yourself requires you to sacrifice yourself the way Jesus had done, and you must serve them according to their measure of faith." The Seminar was attended not only by female cell leaders but also by all those who desired to hear God's Word, and provided an opportunity to cultivate God's workers with both spiritual and fleshly qualities.
