On Apr. 2, Dongjak Gu Office of Seoul City Govt. held a ceremony to present their letters of appreciation for charitable work during the winter. According to Matt. 22:39 that tells us to love our neighbors as ourselves, our church has been supporting the local communities for social welfare. We've participated in the 2019 Charity Campaign of Dongjak Gu Office and was given a Plaque of Commendation by Community Chest of Korea and a Letter of Appreciation by Dongjak Gu Office. The Community Chest of Korea is a quasi-government organization established for fair collection and distribution of charitable donations. Our church has been donating 200 kg of rice every year for the last 10 years.
