At 3 o'clock in the afternoon on Thursday, June 12, 2008, Asan Manmin Church in South Chungcheong Province, a branch church of Manmin Central Church, offered to God "The Founding Service" with Rev. Soojin Lee, President of Pastors' Association, as the Speaker. Pastor Hwan-Joon Oh, in charge of Asan Manmin, played a pivotal role in the establishment of Bupyeong and Kumdan Branch Sanctuaries, and for the evangelization of the Asan city area, opened Asan Manmin Church and offered the Founding Service.
