Manmin Central Church is actively proclaiming God the Creator, the gospel of Jesus Christ, the works of the Holy Spirit with its approximately 10,000 branch and associate churches and through Global Christian Network, books and the newspaper in many languages, World Christian Doctors Network, and Manmin International Seminary. The church will keep leading countless souls to the Lord and glorifying God through constructing the Canaan Sanctuary and Grand Sanctuary. Let's reminisce about the thirty-three-year-old history of Manmin that has been always under God's guidance.
Endless Glory that Will Be Revealed
in the Name of Manmin
Each and every day
Has been stored up through the love of the Father.
The blessing given by the Father is so great,
And blessings have been piled up
To accomplish the ministry of the Father.

The First Take-off Stage, from 1982 to 1999
"Arise, shine…" (Isaiah 60:1)
Great Revival like that in the Early Church and Devotion for the National Evangelism
On October 10th 1982, according to God's Word telling them to offer up the Church's Foundation Service 'when grains and fruits became ripe and there was the first frost of the year', the church had its Foundation Service. Their motto was "Arise, shine" (Isaiah 60:1).
In May 1986, Jaerock Lee was ordained as a pastor and then he was invited to many revival meetings all over the country. The number of the church members kept increasing. In January 1987 the church numbered 3,000 and by March 1991 it reached 10,000. Meantime, the church met with persecutions from the parent denomination and the country. The persecutions were allowed by God, and served as the foundation for the national evangelism and the world mission.
In July 1991, the church was organized as 'The United Holiness Church of Jesus Christ, South Korea' and played a key role in many Christian events such as the '92 World Holy Spirit Explosion Crusade and the Peaceful Re-Unification Jubilee Crusade for the 50th Anniversary of Independence. In 1993, the church was selected as one of the "World's Top 50 Churches" by Christian World magazine (US).
In May 1993, the Special Revival Meeting started as an annual meeting. Many people came from in and out of Korea and experienced the Holy Spirit's works. Also, by conducting overseas meetings in Washington D.C., L.A., and Hawaii in the U.S., Tanzania, Japan, and Argentina, the church laid a foundation for the world mission.
In June 1996, the church relocated its sanctuary to the present one (the fifth one) as the number of members increased.
In 1998 and 1999, the church was faced with three great trials but it was a chance to fulfill the law with love and strengthen the foundation of the church's growth. The unimaginably great blessings that God gave to the church afterwards assured the members that all the trials were for God's blessings.
The Second Take-off Stage, from 2000 to 2009
"…you shall be My witnesses…even to the remotest part of the earth" (Acts 1:8).
Overseas Crusades Overflowed with Explosively Powerful Works
In March, 2000, a 'work of creation' occurred when the water from the sea in Muan, South Korea was changed into sweet drinkable water. In July of the same year, the church began conducting overseas crusades in earnest. The first one was The Uganda Holy Gospel Crusade that was reported by CNN (Cable News Network), and crusades continued to be held and Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee preached in Japan and Pakistan (2000); Kenya and the Philippines (2001); Honduras and India (2002); Russia (2003), Germany and Peru (2004), and DR Congo and the U.S. (2006).
In July 2007, the Israeli ministry that the church had prayed for since its opening, finally started. From Nazareth, where Jesus grew up, Dr. Lee went from one area to another. They included Bethlehem and Jerusalem. He preached the holiness gospel and manifested the powerful works all over the nation. His ministry strengthened the Messianic Jews' society. In September 2009, the Israel United Crusade was held, bringing both orthodox Jews as well as Messianic Jews together. In the International Convention Center, Jerusalem, Jesus Christ was proclaimed as our only Savior.
In 2004, the WCDN was organized, and in 2005 GCN started up, adding the literary media ministry through publication of books and a newspaper that the church had become actively engaged in.
The Third Take-off Stage, from 2010 to present
"For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea" (Habakkuk 2:14).
Resources for the Providence of the End Time now were in Place
In October 2010 the church conducted the Estonia Crusade in Europe. God had previously arranged for the church to prepare human, financial, and spiritual resources to defeat the antichrist and cover the whole world with the holiness gospel. First, human resources were needed, so He led the members to be spiritual warriors. God extended an opportunity for them to thoroughly repent of past sins on December 25, Christmas, in 2010. By doing so, their status as His children was restored and members came to run toward the full measure of faith. In all these blessings were their shepherd's tears, sacrifice, and love.
The God of love poured down grace upon the members so that they could become sanctified and spiritual warriors. In May 2011, God blessed the members to take photos of colorful and various shaped aurora-like lights with their cellphones. In the 2011 Leadership Conference the members learned the nine untruthful attributes that hindered them from standing on the rock of faith. In 2012, they learned the subdivided descriptions of the level of spirit, and in 2013 they learned about the faith of 'whole spirit' that is the level of faith that can please God.
In such a great grace of God, the members increased their faith quickly. In fact, for the grace to be given to them, the shepherd had fulfilled the justice constantly. In early 2013, the members could see his love and love of God again through a three-month grace period and they received energy to be renewed all the more. In April 2014, the church eventually achieved the standardization of spirit as many members achieved the heart of spirit.
God who is full of love has given the flow of whole spirit to members in 2015, and has guided the members to become spiritual warriors who can fulfill His providence for the end time. It is almost the final step of preparation. The third stage of take-off is going to unfold in earnest very soon.
