Without worries about poverty, diseases or disasters, we are full of the Lord's love!
Our Father God, who created us humans, doesn't want His children to worry about the necessities of life or to suffer from diseases, but He does want them to be kept from disasters.
Knowing His heart, Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee has led all his members to live by the Word of God so that they can receive blessings for their souls to prosper, for everything to go well with them, and for them to have good health.
He has been helping the elderly who live alone, children without parents, and poor members as well. A living allowance, rice, and side dishes are being provided for them. Moreover, as church members grew up in faith, many of them have joined helping other members.
Elder Kyungtae Noh, age 49, is the President of Seoul Central Insurance, but he was once a manhole cleaner. He had expanded his former business too much since it seemed to be going so well. But it finally went bankrupt. When the national economic crisis, so-called IMF Crisis, occurred, he was into huge debt and had to live in rooftop houses here and there with his family. At that time he received the church's relief and overcame the crisis with faith. His business succeeded and now he has helped other members and mission works for the kingdom of God.
In the church, no students have to stop studying because of financial problems because Dr. Lee and Elder Kyudong Lee, President of Urim Asset Plus Inc. support them and the profit of the church snack bar is used toward their scholarships. On February 15, 2015, as in the past, 120 students received scholarships.
And that is not all, even if they happened to come down with diseases, if they repent and receive Dr. Lee's prayer, they can be healed of the diseases by the power of God. In particular, during Lunar New Year's holidays, from February 17 to 19 in 2015, many members were healed of their diseases including tuberculosis, rhinitis, general fatigue, difficulties in hearing, and herniated lumbar discs when they met Senior Pastor Dr. Lee.
Deaconess Soonryeol Park, age 50, had a thyroid adenoma. The right side of her neck was swollen and she felt stiff as if she was wearing a cast. She was always tired and lethargic, and her right arm had paralysis so she woke up frequently in the middle of the night. But she received the grace of God to repent of her past sins, and then she received Dr. Lee's prayer. Then she was healed and now she is healthy. She said, "I feel like all the poisonous substances came out of my body. I feel good and light. I feel like I have been newly re-born. I am happy to have a sound sleep now without being disturbed."
There is more, God has protected His beloved children just as an eagle protects her young in the shadow of its wings. Even if they had car accidents due to their mistakes, God prevented them from being injured. Although fire broke out around their businesses, they were not harmed under the protection of God.
On February 18, 2015, Brother Sunghyuk Choi of the Young Adults' Mission was run over by a car whose driver was drunk. Although the pedestrian signal was on, the car ran through the walk area at 30km/h. He was bounced 1.5m into the air and fell to the ground. However, the medical exam results showed no problems other than minor scratches. He stated, "I felt something protect me when I was hit by the car and fell on the ground, so I did not have any pain. Now I still don't have any problems."
The church members have received such overflowing blessings in the love of God, the grace of the Lord, and the help of the Holy Spirit. Above all, their original hearts have been changed as they followed the teaching of Dr. Lee, who teaches them the truth, which is the greatest blessing. They practice the Word in their lives as found in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 saying, "Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks."
From March 16 to April 26 this year, the church has a two-session consecutive Special Daniel Prayer Meeting conducted by Manmin Prayer Center's President Boknim Lee. It will be for 42 days under the theme of "Glory" (Haggai 2:9). God's amazing blessings are expected to overflow in the prayer session for those members who pray unceasingly.
