The pain caused by atopic dermatitis is terrible. But when they relied on God, He gave them whiter and cleaner skin and sincere faith as gifts.
In early 2014, some people reportedly chose a drastic option because of pain caused by atopic dermatitis. A high school girl committed suicide due to atopic dermatitis. And a woman in her thirties strangled her eight-year-old daughter who had worsening atopic dermatitis and then killed herself too. These incidents shocked people.
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is chronic and recurrent inflammatory disease that usually occurs in early childhood or childhood. The precise cause is unknown, but its onset is related to genetical factors and the malfunctioning of the immune system.
It is also believed to be caused by combination of various other causes including dry skin and itchiness beyond normal range; bacterial, viral, or fungal infections; emotional causes; and certain environmental causes.
The National Health Insurance Corporation said that the number of people who visited hospitals for AD between 2008 and 2012 is approximately 1.04 million. The actual number of patients is much more, affecting an estimated 6.1 million people.
Almost 20% of the world population reportedly has been suffering from AD. Furthermore, pediatric AD has a negative influence on children's growth. It may cause other emotional disorders such as character formation disorders such as a sense of alienation and lack of self-regard. Thus, it is recognized as a trans-national problem.
However, many members of Manmin Central Church have been healed of atopic dermatitis by the power of God including Minhee Park (aged 3, Photo 1), Minsik Lee (aged 9), Yeji Kim (aged 12), Serim Park (aged 12), Sister Seungli Yoo (aged 15), Sister Hwajin Cho (aged 19), and Sister Sookyung Kim (aged 29, Photo 2). Now they are leading happy lives.
When people repent and receive the powerful prayer, AD is completely cured
Sister Subin Kim (aged 26, Photo 3) had suffered from atopic dermatitis since the age of four. When she was a high school student, she wore a mask to hide her swollen and festered face, even in midsummer. After entering school as a college student, it got worse. She started to look back upon herself. She cut herself off from the worldly things that God hates and repented thoroughly. Then, she received Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer and was healed of it completely.
Now Sister Kim is working faithfully as a member of Immanuel Choir. She said, "I couldn't sleep well on many nights because of the sores oozing and pus on my face, but now I can sleep very well. I am very happy." Now she is devoted to studying vocal music to give glory to God.
Sister Sehee Park (aged 22, Photo 5) had the worst state of atopic dermatitis, and even doctors shook their heads. But she was also healed by Dr. Lee's prayer. After receiving prayer, scabs covered her whole body in three days. And they fell off soon and new flesh came out. She was completely healed of not only AD but also pimples.
Soojung Lee (aged 12, Photo 6) looked hideous because of atopic dermatitis and impetigo contagiosa. Her parents Deacon Daesung Lee and Deaconess Yumi Kim were reminded that a little child's disease is chiefly attributed to parents' wrongdoings. They repented of their lukewarm Christian lives and received Dr. Lee's prayer.
The following morning, the sore's oozing stopped and turned dry. The festering parts were covered with dark scabs. That evening, the scabs fell off and she was completely healed just three to four days after the prayer. Since then, she has been growing up healthily and happily and now is a member of Children's Sunday School's worship dance team.
Sister Jiyoung Lee (aged 21) used to sleep with her hands tied with bandages because of severe itchiness. Sister Nuri Ryu (aged 14) didn't wear shorts or short-sleeve shirts in midsummer because her friends teased her due to her skin. But both were also healed by Dr. Lee's prayer.
Through Muan Sweet Water and handkerchief prayer, people in overseas countries were also healed of AD
Daniel, who is the son of Dr. Daniel Fuentes Acosta, Director of World Christian Doctors Network, Mexico had had atopic dermatitis on his arms and legs since birth. The Manmin mission team was visiting Mexico. Dr. Fuentes heard from them that if one applies Muan Sweet Water or drinks it with faith, they can experience divine healing works. He applied the water to his son with faith. Amazingly, God perfectly healed him of it during the week.
Eric, in Kenya (aged 8, Photo 4) had atopic dermatitis from the third week of his birth. His face looked like he had been scalded and it smelled bad, so his family was driven out from their town. But when Bishop Dr. Myongho Cheong (Nairobi Manmin Holiness Church) prayed for him with the handkerchief on which Dr. Jaerock Lee had prayed, he was completely healed of it in just three weeks and his skin is now like a new born baby's.
The medical treatment of atopic dermatitis is accompanied by much patience, cost, toil, and likelihood of recurrence. But believers who were healed of AD all said that they were healed very quickly after they destroyed the wall of sins against God and received the prayer with faith and there are no scars, complications, or recurrence of the disease.
