2011 Cell Group Leaders' Seminar was held in Daemyung Resort located in Gangwon Province from July 4- 6. Those who could not have seats in the main auditorium had seats in other six small auditoriums. This seminar was expected to help many members become spiritual warriors who will take a lead in the Canaan Sanctuary Era.  2011 Cell Group Leaders' Seminar was held from July 4 to July 6 in Vivaldi Park, Daemyoung Resort in Hongcheon, Gangwon Province under the auspices of Men's Mission and Women's Mission.
The main speaker, Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee delivered the message under the title 'The Measure of Faith' taken from Romans 12:3 on July 4 and 5. Attendees filled up the six small auditoriums as well as the main auditorium. We could feel how much the members had been longing for the seminar by seeing around 5,000 people in attendance not only from Seoul, Daejeon, Masan, Busan, Gwangju, and Jeju, but also Japan, China, and India.
We can be acknowledged as one who has stood on "the rock of faith" when we act according to the verses written in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. It says, "Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." Only when we cast away every form of evil can we become men of spirit as true children of God. Furthermore, we should walk completely in the truth to become men of whole spirit who please God.
Dr. Lee explained in detail the reasons why some have stood on the rock of faith, but have not arrived at the level of spirit yet. The seminar was held to have Manmin members attain to the levels of spirit and whole spirit and accomplish the providence of God toward the church.
On the first day nine criteria were presented which enable us to check whether or not we have stood on the rock of faith. They are: hot-temperament; ill-feelings; hatred; jealousy, and envy; a lying and deceiving heart; passing judgment; changing of mind; adulterous mind; greed, selfish-motives, and covetousness; and betrayal. Manmin members came to feel keenly the necessity of circumcising their hearts. They also repented that they had not yet stood on the rock of faith even if they had been Christians for a long time. They made up their minds again to get rid of evil in their hearts.
On the second day, he talked about why those who have stood on the rock of faith have not accomplished the heart of spirit. In addition, he let them know how the men of spirit become men of the whole spirit. He urged them to come into the whole spirit quickly through fervent prayer.
In the afternoon of the first day, Mrs. Boknim Lee, president of Manmin Prayer Center led the Fullness of the Holy Spirit Prayer Meeting where attendees looked back on their Christian lives and repented. On the second day, Pastor Heejin Lee talked about how to reach the level of faith which God wants each one of us to have.
The seminar was held in the love of God who wants to lead the members to the level of spirit. Dr. Lee said that many members have yearned to become men of spirit and he said that many of them would reach the levels of spirit and the whole spirit through this seminar.
