At 10 o'clock in the morning on Tuesday, January 2, 2007, "The 2007 Opening Ceremony" took place with 600 in attendance, including pastors, ministers, and church workers from Manmin Joong-ang and branch churches. Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee urged each of the attendants to "accomplish great revival by reorganizing the structure of cells, sub-districts, and districts" and "come forth more into spirit and whole spirit by accomplishing holiness according to God's Word" (1 Peter 1:15-16).
