This year on November 21st the altars of each of the sanctuaries were beautifully adorned with various fresh fruits, grains, nuts, seeds, and vegetables from all the corners of the country to celebrate the 2010 Feast of the Ingathering Thanksgiving Sunday. Church members commemorated the grace that God has given this year and gave thanks to Him.
The 1st Anniversary of Mitsubasa Day-service Center
On November 23, Pastor Seung-gil Ryu and Ida Manmin Church celebrated the 1st anniversary of the Manmin Mitsubasa Day-service Center, a public service center for elderly people. All the staff members of this center have a morning prayer meeting every day and they pray for the spreading of the gospel. Sometimes they offer good Christian movies for unbelievers and sing gospel songs for them. In 1998, Ida Manmin Church founded the Volunteers' Mission and the mission has been performing various volunteer activities in the society. In 2009, this church received the plaque of appreciation and an award from the Nagano Prefecture and Ida City.
