God desires everyone to be saved and enter the kingdom of Heaven. According to this desire of God Manmin Central Church holds 'The 2010 Church-wide Evangelism Campaign' from May 2 until June 20, sponsored by the Evangelism Committee whose President is Pastor Mikyung Lee. Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee eagerly urged church members, "to remember guiding souls to salvation is so pleasing to God and will cause you to be rewarded greatly in Heaven, and to participate in this church-wide evangelism campaign." Elder Charles Chung, Manager of the Evangelism Committee, said, "We have come to hold this 2010 evangelism campaign for the purpose of reaping abundant fruits of souls' salvation in the first year of the third stage of Manmin's history, and we expect many church members to evangelize their family and neighbors." Jesus considered every single soul valuable, whether they were rich or poor, educated or uneducated, and walked around the whole land of Israel and preached the gospel of the kingdom of Heaven during His public ministry. In 1 Corinthians 9:16, the apostle Paul said, "For if I preach the gospel, I have nothing to boast of, for I am under compulsion; for woe is me if I do not preach the gospel." As recorded in Romans 10:14, evangelism is so important as people cannot hear the gospel without evangelists. How sorry it is that those who could be saved should fall into hell because they didn't hear the gospel! Some believers hesitate to evangelize, saying, "I am very busy in doing other duties" or "I cannot speak to strangers in my nature." But evangelism is not our choice but our duty and the Great Commission of the Lord.
