On Sunday, October 8, 2006, Manmin Joong-ang Church celebrated its 24th anniversary as well as the first anniversary of the Global Christian Network (GCN). In attendance for the occasion were church and political leaders, members of the media, GCN leadership, and members of the World Christian Doctors Network (WCDN) from 21 countries.
The presentation of a specially-produced video "The Works of the Holy Spirit," a part of the celebration on the eve of the anniversary, took place during the second part of the Friday All-night Service on October 6-7, and performances by Manmin's praise and worship teams in the native tongues of the guests more than sufficed to move and touch their hearts.
Dr. Mikhail Morgulis, founder of "The Spiritual Diplomacy Movement" and one of the leading figures of the Slavic society in the United States, presented Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee with a Bible, more than 200 years old, which has been handed down from America's one influential leader to the next.
During the anniversary celebration services on Friday the 6th and Sunday the 8th of October 2006, Rev. Dr. Lee delivered a three-part series of messages titled "The Works of the Holy Spirit." The church's parking lot was filled with a variety of delicious dishes, "Praise Concert," and photo opportunities for the guests and Manmin members alike.
